COAST GUARD CERTIFIED VESSEL

A simplified stability test as set forth in 46 C.F.R. 178.330 was conducted on the 28 ft. Privateer Atlantic in Belhaven, NC on
May 5, 2006.  The test was supervised and witnessed by the U.S. Coast Guard.  The results of the test indicate that the 28 ft. Privateer Atlantic, as presently outfitted and equipped, has satisfactory stability for operation on PARTIALLY PROTECTED WATERS provided that some restrictions are strictly observed.  A maximum of 21 persons (passengers and crew) may be carried on this vessel.  This is based on the NEW average passenger weight of
185 lbs per passenger which has been increased from 140 lbs.
